What do I do if I receive an item and it’s not as I expected to my liking or sizing? 
• Our role is to deliver complete customer satisfaction. Due to being in high demand & our wide selection of clothing, we do NOT process refunds or exchanges. Color, design, & sizing of products are accurate in the display and descriptions. 

How long is shipping & delivery? 

Orders are usually shipped out in 1-2 business days after payment is processed. Customers will be notified once order has been shipped. Based on delivery location, Delivery time is usually 3-4 business days.

If I pre-order, how long does it take to ship & deliver? 
• 7-10 business days we put in pre-order deliveries EVERY FRIDAY. You’ll get your special item before it hits our store. That way, you don’t have to worry about your favorite item selling out in your size.... and most of the time, there’s a discount beforehand ;)
